Jumpstart your career with AVA’s 3 or 6 Months Internship Program, designed to provide hands-on experience, industry exposure, and practical workplace training across fast-growing career fields. Our Tech4nondev internship pathway offers real-world experience in key non-technical roles within the tech industry, including Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Management, Scrum Mastery, Quality Assurance, IT Service Management, and Cybersecurity.

Beyond Tech, we also offer internship opportunities in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Human Resources, Business Analysis, DevOps, HSE, Strategy, Project Management, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Engineering. These programs are designed to help participants build practical skills, gain professional exposure, and understand real workplace operations. Interns will work on real projects, collaborate with teams, learn professional documentation and reporting standards, engage with workplace tools and templates, and gain insight into modern organizational workflows and operations.
